HR Mobilisation officer

Odell Resources is currently seeking for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing  team based at our Corporate office in Perth, WA. You will provide specialist support to the Operations team and assist with the tasks required to mobilise both blue and white collar staff to our Mining & Civil sites  

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Onboarding process for new employees and mobilisations to site 

Maintaining regular communication with the Odell team & our Clients to develop rapport with site personnel .

Contributing to general improvement of HR procedures and functions

Coordination and submission of site clearance forms

Managing mobilisations through to site arrival 

Submitting all relevant documents efficiently and accurately on time for processing

Ensuring all records are held on file in accordance with auditing requirements

Inductions as required i.e., client specific

Flight and accommodation arrangements for employees mobilising to site

Maintaining pre-employment paperwork and documents for newly onboarded candidates

Input of information into systems/databases as per required procedures

About you:

Ability to plan your workload and work autonomously

Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders

Extremely high level of attention to detail

Proficient knowledge in MS Office Applications
