Our team is expanding and as a result, we need to expand our People and Culture team to include this newly created role. We are specifically seeking a HR Graduate who has a keen interest in recruitment, to support our Head of People & Culture and execute on our people strategy (and attract the best recruiters in the market!). This is a great opportunity to learn the art of recruitment, and make a significant impact on the business’ growth plans.

You will proactively partner with the leadership team and act as a trusted advisor in the identification and recruitment of high performing talent, who align to our company values, our goals, and add to our company culture. 

What will you do:
Talent Acquisition

  • Manage Advertising campaigns
  • Sourcing/Headhunting
  • Pipelining, talent pooling and networking with prospective talent

HR Administration

  • Proactively support the coordination and administration of all people matters across the employee lifecycle including induction and offboarding processes.
  • Be the system champion for all people systems
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and forms and maintain these on our HRIS system

Event Management

  • Support the Head of People & Culture to devise and organise social events
  • Manage social calendar

Social Media

  • Execute on the T/A social media strategy

What are we looking for?

  • Recent Degree qualified in Human Resources
  • Open to feedback, coaching and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Natural strength in communication both written and verbal including confident presenting
  • Flexible and out of the box thinker when it comes to problem solving
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with other to deliver solutions
  • Attention to detail to produce high quality documentation i.e. reports and presentations
  • Desire to learn and grow their careers and skills as a HR professional
