An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join a beautifully renovated motel in the heart of Albany Western Australia.

Your essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-

  • Serving our guests as the first point of contact and managing all aspects of their accommodation
  • Registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information
    about rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Responding to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks
  • Assisting in developing room revenue and occupancy forecasts
  • Managing administration and general office duties

Competencies include:-

  • Previous hotel experience desired 
  • Experience in hotel property management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
