The Faculty of Health Science, Youth & Community Studies at Holmesglen provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong professional links and partnerships within the health and community services sector, and are seeking to appoint to the position of Head of School â€“ Higher Education Nursing Programs
The successful applicant will have demonstrated knowledge of Higher Education programs and qualifications to enable innovative and flexible delivery modes, facilitate strategic collaborations with industry and other key stakeholders and drive and implement business strategies for student recruitment and promotions.
This position will require substantial experience with human, physical and financial management within the VET and higher education sector.
The suitable applicant will have a clear vision for the ongoing development of industry-focused, flexible, and innovative teaching and learning programs and a demonstrated capacity to lead and implement educational change across a large and complex educational organisation
Salary: $135,829 p.a pro rata plus 10% super and annual leave loading
Time Fraction: Full time
Location: Moorabbin campus
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Contract of Employment to 31 December 2024.
