Thomas Corner Eatery is a modern, casual and innovative dining destination in beautiful and laidback Noosaville. We’re fortunate to have a dazzling variety of fresh, local and seasonal produce available to us on the Sunshine Coast, including tropical fruits, nuts, vegetables, meat and beautiful seafood. These local ingredients are the key to our dining experience, carefully combined to create simple, innovative dishes with fresh, dynamic flavours.
Our restaurant can serve up to 65 people for sit-down meals (outside covid restrictions) and our kitchen is a busy, fast-paced environment with a positive, energetic small team atmosphere.
We are looking for our next awesome Head Chef to help take the business to the next level. They can either be experienced as a head chef or a senior level chef looking to take a step up that can undertake ordering, menu planning, costing, managing/rostering staff and can oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations. Experience and a passion to work with a variety of fresh ingredients (including seafood) is a must, as is being organised and having the ability to lead the team and take control of the kitchen.
We are after someone who is willing to grow with the business and dedicate themselves to help the success of the business.
This is a full-time position (40+ hours/5 days) a week including nights and weekends. The pay rate is negotiable with incentives and bonuses offered as the success of the business grows.

Looking for a qualified chef of a minimum of 3 years experience. We have a full time position available in our kitchen. You will be working alongside a team of which to grow and support.
