The Purple Pub has an excellant drive thru bottleshop, bistro, motel units,bar and swimming pool. We have wifi in the beer garden.
We have the best barramundi fishing in the north west.

Qualifications & experience

• Cooking and food handlers certificates for CHEF
  food handlers certificate for a COOK

Tasks & responsibilities

• LOOK AFTER ALL ASPECTS OF A KITCHEN
  Decide on menu
  Prepare and receive stock orders
  Store food correctly
  Monitor stock levels and due dates
  Inform manager if gas low
  Prepare meals for staff and customers
  Be budget conscious
  Prepare food for functions and parties
  Able to operate POS systems
