General Temp – Customer Service / Administration

The Roles:

We currently have a number of temporary positions needing to be filled and are seeking self-motivated, energetic and hard-working candidates to assist our clients. These roles are based in both Melbourne CBD and the South-Eastern suburbs and ideally will require you to possess a current drivers licence and reliable vehicle.  These current assignments are for an immediate start 

Some of your responsibilities will include;

  • Processing customer orders
  • Assist with data entry
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and calls
  • Typing and preparing correspondence
  • Preparing reports and database maintenance
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets
  • Filing

The Requirements:
To be successful in these roles you will you be available to commence immediately and be able to commit for at least the next three months.  You will also possess strong proven experience in administration and customer service.  You will also have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Intermediate MS Office skills are a must.
