Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • I – COMMUNITY : I BUILD PERSONALISED AND LASTING RELATIONS WITH MY CUSTOMERS AND LOCAL CONTACTS I proactively welcome my customer with a positive attitude « Look, Smile, Hello ».I assist customers with product selection, and help customers to find suitable products/ size.
  • II- SALES : I DEVELOP MY SALES OFFER Your layout reflects your sports users targets and meets your sports targets.You interviewed (physically or digitally) your sports users to get their feedback on your store.You analysed your best sales to give them more seats and bring them out of the linear.
  • III – OMNI-COMMERCEEstablish action plans to make the most of your busiest periods:- know the dates your commercials operations calendar;guarantee your sport’s stock availability;ensure your shelf space is ready;- highlight the products most expected by your sport users over the period
  • IV- LAYOUT: I BUILD, COMMUNICATE & MANAGE MY DEPARTMENT OFFER VIA A COMMERCIAL LAYOUT I am able to work with the layout using the Decathlon Tools (CAD, Implantation Logic) to allow a quick sale for my customer.I ensure the department is tidy by regular “facing” I am confident using a till
  • V – STOCK : I GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF STOCK SO MY CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED I ensure my stock is accurate by completing regular checks I use the parameters of the Automatic supply system to ensure good stock availability.I organise and participate in the deliveries
  • VI- SAFETY: I ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE PEOPLE AND GOODS UNDER MY RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUME CAPTAIN RESPONSIBILITY IN EARNEST I know my role as warden in the event of evacuation because I take part in yearly drills.
