What you’ll be doing

To be the first point of contact in the Medical Imaging Department for front desk enquiries as well as registering patients for their examinations/procedures.

 

  • Previous experience working on a front desk reception and dealing with members of the public/clinicians etc in a medical setting. Previous experience in a Medical Imaging Department would be an advantage.

  • Professional and pleasant phone manner. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

  • Excellent administration skills.

  • High standard of verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook as well as basic Excel skills.

  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to be flexible and demonstrate initiative.

A COVID-19 Vaccine Medical Contraindication form must be completed by a GP or Medical Practitioner.

An exemption to the Public Health Order requirements will only be considered if you are unable, due to a medical contraindication, to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
