What you’ll be doing
To be the first point of contact in the Medical Imaging Department for front desk enquiries as well as registering patients for their examinations/procedures.
Previous experience working on a front desk reception and dealing with members of the public/clinicians etc in a medical setting. Previous experience in a Medical Imaging Department would be an advantage.
Professional and pleasant phone manner. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Excellent administration skills.
High standard of verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Outlook as well as basic Excel skills.
Proven ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to be flexible and demonstrate initiative.
