Customer Service Staff Casual – 2 Juniors & 2 Seniors 

We are excited to be recruiting staff for our new food trailer at Crescent Head Holiday Park. Our food trailer will be serving mostly fried foods and rotisserie chicken and we will not be requiring any barista experience.

The following skills are a requirement for any applicant

• Must be available weekdays and weekends including holidays between the hours of 11am-9pm
• Be able to work in a small environment such as a food trailer
• Follow food safety procedures
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Have the ability to remain calm & professional in a busy & fast paced environment
• Be polite, honest, reliable & responsible 
• Must have a food handler certificate or able to obtain one. The full time Cook position would require a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Ability to supply a police check if successful

Full time Cook – We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a superior role within the kitchen and has experience overseeing staff, ordering of stock and ensuring the kitchen/trailer is kept to the highest hygiene standards.
