Located within the opulence of the Forbes Five-Star Rated Hotel – Crown Towers, Conservatory boasts a European style dining environment, including an open kitchen offering cuisine from around the world. Conservatory is looking for a dedicated and polished Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the award winning team and take the next step in their hospitality career. 

Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, you will be required to support and coach the team to maintain 5-star-rated service standards, possess excellent food and beverage knowledge and be accountable for the efficient operation of the high volume service environment.

What you need:

• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience, preferable in a similar fine dining/premium establishment 
• Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
• Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced establishment
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels 
• Exceptional grooming standards 
• Must be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
• Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff 
• Basic understanding of financials such as COGs and labour costs, preferred but not essential 
• Must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work onsite
