With strong performance in recent years and ambitious growth plans, weâ€™re looking for a Finance Manager to join the organisation in this newly created role.
Working in a collaborative and longstanding leadership team you will be principally responsible for leading the financial function and for ensuring effective controls and accurate reporting to the CEO.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly reporting
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Detailed reporting with commercial insight to aid better decision making for the Executive team.
- Empower and mentor your direct team.
- Prepare and submit taxation returns (FBT, BAS)
- Lead the audit process and be the key liaison with external parties.
CA/CPA qualified, you will have gained experience within a Senior Financial Accounting or Finance Manager role previously. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated commercial awareness. You will possess exceptional communication skills as your ability to interact, engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation will be crucial to your success. A broad understanding of the Not For Profit sector would be advantageous however candidates who are looking to break into the Not For Profit space will certainly be considered.
