The Uniting Church in Australia (Synod of South Australia) comprises of more than 250 congregations conducting extensive and diverse mission activities across the state. An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated Finance Administration Officer to join the Financial Services team for a fixed-term period (6-months) part-time (0.6FTE) position,
Reporting directly to the Manager, Financial Services, the Finance Administration Officer will provide the administrative support for the day-to-day activities of the Financial Services team.
In conjunction with other Finance Services team members the key responsibilities of the Finance Administration Officer will include; processing of accounts receivable, assisting with accounts payable, administering payment platforms and undertaking general financial administration tasks.
The Finance Administration Officer will also provide coverage across the Financial Services Team during times where other team members are on leave.
With a commitment to exceptional service the successful applicant will be required to demonstrate certificate level qualifications and or experience in a similar position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are vital to the success in this position.
