We’re searching for an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Workplace Training Coach.

We’re looking for individuals with experience as a supervisor or manager in retail food. Our Trainers travel out to our clients workplaces and provide on the coaching and training workshops.

You’ll be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have retail food experience at a supervisor or management level
• Thrive working with people
• Get excited by the opportunity to up skill and develop retail food staff

 

This role is perfect for candidates who have worked in Quick Service Restaurants (Mcdonalds, KFC, Hungry Jack’s, Domino’s etc).

Our Workplace Trainers visit various workplaces throughout the day and get to visit Regional towns for overnight travel with travel expenses paid.

This role is full time and includes a great salary + superannuation + bonus options + phone + laptop + company vehicle or allowance.
