We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to help us keep our practice running smoothly, so our Physio’s can do what they do best – help people!

Our reception team ensures the smooth running of the day to day Physiotherapy Practice.

A key focus is on the seamless organisation of all reception and administrative aspects.

This position will suit someone with a conscientious personality, who is empathetic to the needs of clients and practitioners and is able to have a conversation with anyone.

We are looking for a self-motivated person who can contribute ideas and is keen to be involved in all areas of the business.

We are looking for someone who has:

– Previous experience in a busy reception role within the medical or allied health industry

– Customer service experience with an excellent phone manner

– Caring & helpful nature

– Think on your feet and keep a cool, calm appearance

– High level of attention to detail

– A positive attitude to regular feedback

– Reliable and enthusiastic!

The position is part-time, 15 hrs per week.
