ETSU is on the hunt for passionate and highly motivated Chef to join their established restaurant in Mermaid Beach.

Aboust the role:

As our Chef, you will utilise your immense skills in food preparation. As well as:

• Prepare and cook dishes
• Create a good working team environment
• Daily stock rotation

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience working with contemporary or traditional Japanese food is a bonus but not essential
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated
• Passionate and ambitious individual who takes pride in their work
• Team player with excellent planning and organisational skills
• Hands-on and able to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment
