Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Ag Machinery Dealership Group, located in Narromine, Gilgandra and Warren NSW. We strive to partner with our customers to ensure that effective and efficient solutions are provided to assist with the success of their businesses. 

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service and support to the Dealer Principal based out of Dubbo.  It is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail. 

The roles, responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Support the Dealer Principal in all aspects of dealership life
  • DP email and phone management
  • DP diary and schedule management
  • Understanding the Sales Support role and systems (training provided)
  • Assist the Sales Support Team and front line Sales Team
  • Project management
  • Complete travel arrangements
  • Any other duties as reasonably required

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Well organised, professional, effective and loyal
  • Ability to work across multiple departments and roles as required
  • Ability to co-manage multiple projects
  • Is proactive, punctual and reliable
  • Shows initiative and desire to continually build their knowledge base
  • Enjoys dealing with a wide array of people daily and maintains professionalism at all times
  • Maintains a neat and tidy appearance
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and works positively under pressure
  • Proficient in using computer systems (especially Outlook, Word and Excel and online conferencing platforms such )
  • Holds a current drivers licence

Desirable but not essential:

  • Working knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry
