As the custodian of ‘Hanaminno’ in Boorowa NSW, Charlie Arnott is a passionate advocate for regenerative farming practices that enable sustainability and success for future generations. Charlie and his team manage a large farming operation as well as host and facilitate biodynamic workshops, operate a successful podcast, and offer their services to industry partners by way of consulting and advising in the regenerative agriculture and environment sector.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity currently exists to join the team (based in Boorowa or surrounds) in the position of EA/Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and have a positive impact in the environment, agriculture and healthy living space.

You will work closely with the team to provide high level office administrative support that will see the organisation thrive and continue to grow into 2022 and beyond. You will oversee the broad office-based functions and day to day management of the operational side of the farming and related entities. We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing professional who is driven to provide quality outcomes for the farming and related businesses within Charlie’s portfolio. Ideally you will have an interest in agriculture and the environment and be passionate about making a positive impact.
