Currently on the up and up, this is a start-up company who provide a number of services to the Real Estate industry. They’ve got the client based sorted, and now they need someone to foster the relationships and ensure the clients are happier than ever. That’s it – be super strong in sales and focus on building rapport, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism of course.


You love sales and your ability to build and foster relationships is second to none. You want to make sure every client…gets their satisfaction. You will work within an internal market, be highly customer focused and be able to display a strong knowledge and support base of the products on offer for the current clients. As the next go to Account Manager, you must be proactive, passionate and motivated to supersede – combining sales and a start-up is the recipe for success!

Your main role is safeguarding relationships. You can keep your routine, this is not an “on the road” sales role, and will be based in their West Perth office, which of course, includes the ping pong table and a nice vibe. Constant communication and a love of getting to know people is essential. Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus.

Business is booming, so you will need to be able to work confidently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be a forward thinker and know what your client needs before they do.


  • Proven track record in client service excellence, and proven client retention
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to be ahead of any issues, and iron them out before they even become an issue
  • Minimum 5 years in sales and account management
