An opportunity exists for an Environmental Consultant to join the Ramboll Perth team to develop their career in our busy and growing Impact Assessment Team.

As part of Ramboll you will work with a group of experienced consultants in our Environment and Health team in Perth. You will receive on-the-job training with mentoring from senior staff and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple environmental disciplines.

We are looking for someone in the early stages of their career who is keen to facilitate approval of developments that enhance the sustainability of our society. You will become part of our growing Impact Assessment team, focusing on environmental assessments and statutory approvals for a broad range of resources, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting points are:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental management, environmental engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in an environmental role
- Demonstrated experience in the development of approvals documentation across varied market sectors under WA environmental regulatory frameworks
- A willingness to learn to develop and build client relationships, to facilitate the continued growth of our Impact Assessment team, the Perth Office and the Ramboll brand in Australia
- Excellent verbal and written skills and experience in the management of resources, timelines, quality and budgets
- A willingness to work with and support other teams to deliver services outside of typical impact assessment services as workload requires
- A strong team player with a passion for collaboration
- Eligible to live and work in Australia
- Full drivers’ licence
