We have an opportunity at our Eastern Creek Offices, with immediate start for the right candidate to work a three day week.

Your role will be responsible for: 

  • Answering email and phone queries regarding online orders + general queries about products in a professional manner
  • Processing online orders including printing out orders/invoices, processing, picking + packing, booking in delivery, carton checking and labelling
  • Online inventory management including managing website stock, disabling/enabling products, adding and updating pre-orders
  • Updating product information on the website
  • Ensuring customers are up-to-date in regards to their delivery and updating customers regarding their warehouse collection orders
  • Communicating with third party delivery services to assist customers when issues arise regarding their delivery
  • Processing online order requests for returns + refunds while following website terms + conditions, including assessing condition of returning items to determine refund eligibility + potential added fees
  • Processing online order requests for item exchanges while following website terms + conditions, including assessing condition of returning items to determine exchange eligibility + potential added fees
  • Forwarding service issues to the relevant department
  • Informing team of any trends/issues that may assist in improving service and operations
  • Cooperating within a small team, including providing support in other areas

To be successful you will need to 

  • Be detail oriented with ability to process orders with high accuracy
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Have the ability to learn and work across different systems and platforms
  • Be responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to think critically
  • We will preference for individuals with work experience in the baby, kids and/or furniture retail industry
