Due to our rapid growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Ecommerce & Customer Service co-ordinator to join our ecommerce team located in Banyo, Brisbane

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage & Perform customer service processes
  • Responsible for online store via Shopify, reviewing and updating online products including ensuring product categorisation, images, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines
  • Updating the inventory system, ensuring product data is accurate, complete and appropriately formatted
  • Uploading new and removing discontinued products from online store, identifying content requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to source product images and data
  • Working with marketing and writer identifying copy and product description requirements, reviewing and approving SEO created locally and ensuring delivery
  • Managing stock levels for online and retail stores, updating inventory system accordingly
  • Transferring and delivering stock between warehouse and retail store, updating inventory system accordingly
  • Updating, uploading and removing images to landing pages for online store. Working with marketing and product teams to identify products requiring images to be photographed and ensuring compliance of photography with internal guidelines
  • Assisting Product Designer with receiving stock and updating inventory system accordingly
  • Liaising with website developer regarding maintaining and updating online store
  • Managing online sale events
  • Ensuring and coordinating new product launches and advertising for online store via Facebook and Instagram involving working with Art Director and Communications Coordinator

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Experience in eCommerce – Shopify Preferred
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Basic Photoshop is a bonus
  • Basic CSS and HTML understanding/knowledge (not required but preferred)
  • Strong customer service
  • Proven problem identification/resolution skills and sound business acumen
  • Experience in retail ideal
