The Venue
The North Byron Hotel is set to open this December in North Byron Bay. With a strong focus on our local culture, sustainability & incredible food, and drinks. We have a full working garden as a focal point, a diverse offering, and a team of passionate individuals across all roles, NBH is a unique venue that thrives on bringing to life our surrounding community and working with like-minded businesses and people. We’re vibrant, creative, and innovative.

The Roles 
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated leaders who are passionate about providing memorable, world-class experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue plus integral in developing team skills, product knowledge, service standards, team culture and guest experiences. 

What you need?
We’re looking for industry professionals that want to help shape the North Byron Hotel for years to come. Additionally, you have excellent attention to detail, show initiative, are focused, and strive to achieve accountable targets.  Successful candidates will work with the team to actively bring new and exciting ideas to the table, no idea is too wild or too difficult! 
 

• Excellent understanding of bar and restaurant operations
• Great communication skills
• Ability to lead, inspire and drive the Front of House Team to reach key goals set by the Management team
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends
• Current RSA
• Rights to work in Australia
