The Red Lion Hotel is seeking experienced Staff & Duty Managers. 

This is a great opportunity for experienced Hotel Staff & Duty Managers or someone willing to take the next step, that knows how to “lead by example”, who has solid experience, is highly motivated, and is a customer focused individual. If you are a great team player with a drive to succeed, work to high standards and take pride in your work responsibilities, have a strong leadership approach with great communication skills, then this is the job for you!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to work fast under pressure and multitask
• Maintain a high standard of service to patrons, while being compliant with government regulations.
• Proactively supervise staff by providing clear and consistent directions, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.
• Ability to mentor and train staff
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A committed, trustworthy and responsible individual is what we are looking for. The candidate must be flexible to work a varied roster.
