$70k – $75k p.a.

These large footprint fun and vibrant venues have been on trend and offer a diverse range of food and beverage and recreation-entertainment in the North shore area and are now looking to add a couple of service driven and hands on professional to join the management team.

The Venue:

This group have been highly successful and with their latest club addition, this venue and continue to grow from strength to strength. With very hands on and positive managers this venue is run with extreme professionalism, and that same philosophy that is carried on to their team.

The Role:

You will be exposed to different operations and aspects of the business which will help you to advance in your career and growth. You will oversee multi bars, dining outlets, functions, gaming and all staffing requirements, all reported to the General Manager.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be the face of all things service and your main focus will be on the deliver of top notch service standards across the venue. You will also have the chance to lead a team of professionals and train new employees with a focus on service and WOW factors. You will be exposed to costing, P&L and KPI’s as well as ordering stock, performing regular stock takes and general BOH.

To be considered for this job you will need:

  • Come with a few years of experience in a similar management role in a busy pub environments
  • Strong Experience in food and beverage operation highly desirable
  • Be a community focused individual.
  • Have a hands on approach to the role and be able to support the floor team in every area
  • Must be a team player and not above getting your hands dirty
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
  • Experience in a fast paced environment and love the rush of a busy service
  • Solid financial knowledge is a bonus.
  • Work well under pressure and adapts to change.
  • Experience across the entire operation including gaming, food and beverage, retail and ideally some accommodation.
