In this newly created weekend team working Saturday and Sunday’s within our Studio M Mount Waverley Head Office, support our excited customers through their home personalisation process, making selections for their entire home with products and finishes. Facilitate and oversee specialist product appointments, pricing and recording of selections.

Reporting to the Studio M Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
• Carry out home personalisation process appointments and guide customers through the specifications and options available for their new home
• Prepare for each appointment by familiarising with their Contract and Plans
• Ensure that all selections are recorded accurately and fully, and that the customer signs to indicate their agreement
• Follow up on all selections to the customer to ensure that selections are finalised
• Liaise with suppliers and other departments regarding specification and colour selection queries; and
• Monitor the presentation of Studio M to ensure it reflects the company’s standards of customer service and professionalism.

The successful candidate will have:
• Must have completed or commenced a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design
• Previous experience in a similar role / Suitable demonstrated experience, desired not essential
• Ability to work on both Saturday and alternative Sunday
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
• Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK computer skills; and
• A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
