Working in a brigade kitchen model, you will be responsible for the care of a station working as an effective member of the team.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years of working in a kitchen, cert 3 or 4, a strong work ethic, creative, passionate and a strong understanding of the basics in commercial cookery. FSS is an added advantage. There are exceptions to the right people that do not have the schooling but do have required experience.
