Data Coordinator

$75k – $80k p.a. + salary packaging

We have a great role for a candidate seeking a PERMANENT postion with a highly respected Victorian Government organisation. We’re looking for an experienced and inquisitive data/reporting administrator to join their team and assist with both scheduled and ad hoc reporting requirements. This data and the subsequent reports are vital to the organisation and it is essential that the reports are 100% correct.

This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to gain significant experience with interesting and often complex data sets and would be a great fit for someone who is autonomous, has a high attention to detail and enjoys challenges.

About you:

  • Intermediate Excel skills and ideally experience with a BI dashboard such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Inquisitive, confident and not afraid to ask questions

  • High degree of care and a high attention to detail

  • Natural optimiser/problem solver with a keen eye for dashboards
