Welding Industries of Australia (WIA), a part of the global ITW group, is a leading supplier of welding equipment and consumables. For over 50 years, our dedicated team has been delivering industry leading solutions and after sales service to support our customers.
As a key part of our Customer Support team based in Dandenong South, you will be the first point of contact for our network of distributors. Your day will involve inbound calls for assistance with price and availability and technical information our customers require to promote and sell our products, preparing customer quotations and processing customer orders. You will work closely with both our field sales and technical support teams to achieve company goals and KPIs.
To be right for this role, a strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills are a must. A good understanding of customer support processes, a professional phone manner and a willingness to learn new concepts is required. You must have strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Navision is preferred but not essential. You will have a passion for providing good customer service, attention to detail and a desire to succeed. You will be well presented and have the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
