About the Role
They are currently seeking multiple enthusiastic and passionate Customer Support Officers to join their Contact Centre in Bella Vista with the opportunity to work remotely from home. You will be required to work across a rotating roster 8am -8pm, Monday to Friday.
  
Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service, guiding customers through organisational products that may suit their needs facilitating a positive customer experience whilst ensuring compliance with organisational policies and objectives.

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties –

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
  • Work within a high volume and dynamic contact centre environment
  • Follow up warm leads generated from marketing and online platforms
  • Answer customer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
  • Screen and triage calls, understanding clients’ needs, building rapport and fostering a positive customer relationship
  • Inform and educate potential customers on products and services
  • Provide solutions to customer issues
  • Capture, process and lodge customer information and sales into the database
  • Attend routine training, maintaining up to date and relevant knowledge on products, services and policies
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Comply with all privacy and confidentiality legislative obligations, ensuring information integrity is not compromised
  • Adhere to Contact Centre daily and monthly KPI’s
  • Provide a wide range of support to the team

 
About You  
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following – 

  • Minimum 3-5years Customer Service experience
  • Contact Centre, Insurance, Retail and Hospitality Industry experience high desirable
  • Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently and part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Flexible to work across a rotating roster 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
