Customer Specialist -Customer Servicing
Our team are currently working from home receiving online customers enquiries & requests in relation to their Latitude Credit card.
We assist customers professionally and efficiently with customer experience as the number 1 focus.
Let’s talk about the role
First, we’ll show you the ropes with an interactive training and induction program via digital communication channels.
From here on out, you’ll be our first port of call for Latitudes Credit Card customers, working with a fun and collaborative team in a virtual call centre environment.
As part of our Specialist team, you’ll:
- Be the professional voice of our company.
- Help customers with a range of inquiries related to their credit card.
- Make quick-fire analytical decisions.
- Easily switch between Phone, Online & Chat interactions where needed.
Who we’re after?
Someone with an inspiring attitude who’s just as good with people. You’ll be a bold self-starter with top-notch communication skills, and previous industry or call centre experience (ideally).
You have a natural ability to create lasting and memorable experiences for our customers and the skills to anticipate their needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Display Self-motivated, problem solving skills and attention to detail attributes
- Easily pick up new systems and be able to pilot all of them.
- Be a picture of calm in the face of challenging situations.
