Customer Solutions Consultant – Work From Home

This is an amazing opportunity to work in one of Victoria’s highly sought after Contact Centres, right from the comfort of your own home.

As a Red Energy customer service consultant you will utilise your excellent communication and strong customer focus skills to answer inbound calls from our existing customers and  assist with a diverse range of queries. You will be multi-skilled in various areas of the business and navigate through a range of programs and tools to provide a great experience for our customers. 

You will begin your journey with us in an in-depth training program, that will be conducted remotely from the comfort of your own home.  You will be provided with all the support you need, as well as ongoing on-the-job training to ensure you are well-equipped to offer the best Customer Service to our valued Customers. 


What you need to succeed:

  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong motivation and the ability to navigate through multiple platforms simultaneously 
  • Resilience and agility in an ever changing environment. 
  • Being a customer focused role, you will need at least 12 months of customer service experience. This can come from hospitality, retail or administration and of course call centre experience is also highly valued. 
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Strong time management skills
