- Processing payments to customers in a timely and effective manner (including super rollovers, cash withdrawals and internal transfers), including communication to customers (confirmations, follow-ups) via phone, letter or email
- Responding to ad-hoc customer queries
- Keeping records of all customer interactions on the CRM system
- Ensuring work is processed with attention to detail and under Error Rate thresholds
- Adhering to communication templates
What you will bring

As a flexible and empathetic customer service specialist, you will be able to manage a busy workload and be comfortable navigating contact centre systems. Your passion for customer service, coupled with your ability to anticipate customer needs and work in a collaborative team environment will enable success in the role. Additionally, you will have some previous experience in customer service across the call centre, retail or hospitality sectors where you can transfer your skills across.
