Customer Service Officer – Wealth Remediation Service Centre

Reporting to the Team leader your passion for customer service will be the driving force as you undertake a variety of transactions to support our customers as well as internal and external clients.

  • Processing payments to customers in a timely and effective manner (including super rollovers, cash withdrawals and internal transfers), including communication to customers (confirmations, follow-ups) via phone, letter or email
  • Responding to ad-hoc customer queries
  • Keeping records of all customer interactions on the CRM system
  • Ensuring work is processed with attention to detail and under Error Rate thresholds
  • Adhering to communication templates

Additionally, you will have some previous experience in customer service across the call centre, retail or hospitality sectors where you can transfer your skills across.
