Customer Service Officer (Fundraising), Brisbane CBD

Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with a reputable national health-based charity that supports individuals and their families to access support and life-saving treatments on their most recent fundraising campaign. 

The Role:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to key stakeholders and provide information on their current campaign through both inbound and outbound calls to clients as well as written communication.
  • Assist stakeholders to reach their fundraising goals and ensure that the voices of people living with cancer are included and elevated across the activities of this campaign.
  • Provide support and direction to the broader team to deliver efficient, safe and relevant services to patients, carers and loved ones affected by cancer.
  • Assist the charity to reach their fundraising goal for the campaign through engaging with stakeholders and clients.

About You:

  • Highly developed analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an inbound or outbound contact centre role where you were liaising with external stakeholders to promote and advocate for a cause.
  • Highly developed emotional resilience and the ability to build rapport and be empathic with clients whilst fundraising.
  • Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
