This long standing, successful family owned hardware manufacturer requires an enthusiastic and vibrant person to join their small customer service team.
An approachable and helpful attitude will enable you to support our sales team with various duties including (but not limited to):
- taking sales orders
- processing sales orders (use of SAP)
- answering product queries
- up selling
- showroom customer service/sales
- general data entry & administrative tasks
You will greet clients face to face and over the telephone with a friendly and welcoming personality. Your strong product knowledge (provided during training however hardware experience would fast track this) will enable you to answer client queries and assist in selling our high quality products.
Having a wide range of clients in the hardware industry, including some from China, you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to adapt to each situation accordingly.
You will need to share similar qualities to our current team members – passionate, energetic, strong initiative, process improvement focused and enjoy having some fun along the way.
