Customer Service/ Admin Superstar

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, crystal & wellness loving, customer-focussed superstar to join our amazing small business. You will be working directly under our gemmologist and is a great opportunity to learn and flourish in a growing brand.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Customer service
• Recording sales & invoicing
• Communicating with clients regarding sales and orders.
• Creating online listings
• Liaising with our packing/operations team.
• Some social media engagement

Required skills

• Familiar and very comfortable using instagram and facebook.
• High attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Lover of crystals and aromatherapy
