This opportunity will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our existing and potential customers.
Permanent full-time 40 hour week. We’re looking for flexible candidates as this customer care team works on a rotating roster between Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm, Saturdays fortnightly 7am to 12pm.

ROLE SUMMARY
- Provision of consistent, professional, expert communication to customers
- Answering general enquiries in a high volume fast paced environment (phone and email)
- Resolve customer problems meeting business expectations and procedures
- Some account management required
- Taking payments for bookings
- Effective Interface between departments
- Administrative support for non-call related activities
SUCCESSFUL CRITERIA
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service in a high-volume inbound call/contact centre environment
- Experience in managing and resolving customer complaints
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-developed problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer service issues
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate excel skills
- Positive attitude
