This opportunity will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our existing and potential customers.

Permanent full-time 40 hour week. We’re looking for flexible candidates as this customer care team works on a rotating roster between Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm, Saturdays fortnightly 7am to 12pm.

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Provision of consistent, professional, expert communication to customers
  • Answering general enquiries in a high volume fast paced environment (phone and email)
  • Resolve customer problems meeting business expectations and procedures
  • Some account management required
  • Taking payments for bookings
  • Effective Interface between departments
  • Administrative support for non-call related activities

SUCCESSFUL CRITERIA

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service in a high-volume inbound call/contact centre environment
  • Experience in managing and resolving customer complaints
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well-developed problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer service issues
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Positive attitude
