Credit Officer | Telco & Utility Environment | Contract Role | $35/hr + Super

A rare opportunity has arise to join this team, initially within a contract capacity, as a Credit Officer reporting directly to the Billing & Credit Manager.

You will be responsible for the ongoing credit and operational support whilst liaising with 3rd Party Vendors. As this is a varied and challenging role, a minimum experience of 3 years in a credit control position is required. 

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Working closely with mercantile agencies
• Manage suspected fraudulent applications and accounts
• Preparation of reports for management on debtor status
• Ensure ongoing management and enforcement of Dunning processes

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills effective at working with stakeholders at all levels. Your strong investigative and analytical mind and problem solving skills whilst being self directed is essential to your success in this role.
