• Salary: WHA5 $1,068.00 – $1,079.60 per week (Pro-rata)
• Temporary Part-time position working 16 hours per week up to 30/9/2022, over a 7 day roster

 

Chef/Cook

Dream cook positions!!! Only work every second weekend .No Late shifts .No split shifts 7am -3.30pm,  Salary packaging benefits are on offer.

 Are you passionate about food and take pride in everything you create? Do you like the fast pace of a kitchen and work well under pressure and in a team?

 We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team who can  Create delicious quality meals with volume cooking approaches

 The successful candidate will possess the following.

 â€¢             Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced  Aged/Health Care kitchen (or similar)

•             Great organisational and time management skills

•             Have good dietary knowledge including knowledge of clinical diets

•             An understanding and/or experience with cook chill methods.

•             Understand the importance of food in people’s lives

•             Communicate effectively with staff across all levels,

•             Inventory and stock control

•             Knowledge of Safe food handling, HACCP standards, FSANZ Food standard codes

•             Hold a current National Police Certificate & working with children certificate (Obtained within 12 months)

•             Immunisation record of 2021 Flu Vaccine ,Immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine

•             Availability to work rotating roster (incl. weekends)
