The Company

Denton Projects are a commercial construction company with over 40years experience specialising in the hospitality, aged care and education sectors. 

Our projects are in the value of $1m to 12M and range from hospitality fit-out & construction, aged & respite care facilities and leading education institutions within Sydney and surrounding areas.

Skills and experience

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry.
  • Completed tertiary education, such as building, construction, project management diploma.
  • Well presented with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and be part of a knowledgeable and hardworking team.
  • Understand and appreciate technical project documentation and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail.


  • Managing project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whilst achieving all project objectives.
  • Assist in contract administration duties, including progress claims and variations.
  • Assist in managing sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist the tender process by reviewing tenders and contractors.
  • Update project documentation, including sub-contractor documentation, as required for quality assurance, contractual and compliance requirements, including SWMS.
  • Provide administration support including document management, coordinate and minute meetings, writing reports and other administration duties as required.
  • Accompanying the Project Manager to site meetings
