Qualifications & experience
- 2-3 years experience in construction
- degree / diploma in related field
Tasks & responsibilities
- Process weekly invoices in accounting system for accounts payable
- Key support to the Project Manager through the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and other administrative techniques against project activities to meet the project requirements safely and correctly
- Any other duties as directed by management
- Prepare thorough subcontract scope of works based on the contract documents
- Adhere to the Procurement schedule for all subcontracts and materials that will be contracted out to ensure all contracts let to meet program considering lead times for all trades
- Prepare and maintain shop drawing register and program. Ensured all consultant reviews and documentation updates are actioned by subcontractors

- Prepare monthly head contract progress claims and processing of monthly subcontractor progress claims
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and contract timing)
