Help drive the administration behind compliance with RTO policies & procedures

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring RTO registration and compliance
  • Monitoring of day-to-day operations of the RTO
  • Monitoring of compliance with RTO policies and procedures
  • Continuous improvement of RTO business practices and training and assessment services
  • Coordination of all audits and both internal and external, documentation and corrective actions, continuous improvement and other activities
  • Assistance with placing programs on scope and removing programs from scope
  • Coordination of applications for Skills First funding qualification including audit reporting, compliance, and financial auditing of the RTO
  • Key performance measures include:
  • 100% compliance with regulatory standards
  • Meeting all regulatory reporting deadlines
  • Providing accurate and timely regular reports to the RTO Manager tracking all compliance activities and funding projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • A hands-on, highly organised approach with good attention to detail; skilled in high-volume administrative processes
  • A level of skill commensurate with 5+ years of experience in an RTO compliance type role within a government funded training environment
  • Minimum qualification requirements TAE40110/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Victorian and National funding contract requirements desirable – along with the ability to assist with funding applications
  • A team player approach
  • Post graduate qualifications in training or organisational development desirable
