Commercial and Business Development Lead

The Role

As a key member of the Infrastructure Planning & Operations division you will seek ensure CHW’s key commercial activities and opportunities are realised to add increased value to the business and our customers.

Commercial and Business Development Lead

You will look to achieve this through diversification of CHW’s products and services, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of major existing and new contractual relationships, supporting the Executive Management Team through ensuring commercial acumen is incorporated into key strategic and business planning decisions and providing expert advice on new and viable business opportunities.

If you have:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience.
  • Relevant leadership and contract management skills and experience. 
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and negotiate effectively with stakeholders. 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal communication skills) and prepare and deliver commercial and business information to varied audiences in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of business focused analysis, strategic advice and support across the organisation, with a focus on identifying and driving business improvements.
