Sonic Nurse Connect offer a range of community-based nursing services and patient support programs designed to positively contribute to health and wellbeing.  We work primarily with pharmaceutical company clients and consumers to design and deliver our services which include infusion and injection administration, care coordination, patient education and support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a suitably qualified Clinical Registered Nurse to work as part of our Community nursing team in Brisbane Metro. The Clinical Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care including: IV medication administration, subcutaneous medication administration and educational support, COVID and Flu vaccination and patient phone support. The diverse nursing role enables you to work in a variety of clinical settings including dedicated Community Treatment Centres, Doctor’s Clinics and within patient homes in the provision of nursing services. We offer a flexible roster / scheduling model with services currently provided between 7am -7pm (Monday to Friday) and 7am-12pm (Saturday).

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 

We are seeking an AHPRA Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post registration clinical experience who has prior community nursing experience or a desire to work within the community setting. To be successful in this role you will need to provide evidence of competency in cannulation / venipuncture, possess a current Australian Driver’s license and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You will need to be able to work autonomously as part of a remote team environment, demonstrate a high level of professionalism and possess exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be efficient, well organised and demonstrate sound clinical and problem-solving skills.
