The Clinical Nurse / TCP Coordinator applies clinical experience, specialised knowledge and professional judgment to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive and integrated range of services, appropriate to the needs of clients on the program. To achieve this, the Clinical Nurse / TCP Coordinator works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, including health professionals and service providers from other sectors and utilises a combination of preventative, early intervention and treatment/therapy-based approaches to guide care planning.

You will work under limited supervision, accept accountability for your own practice standards, activities delegated to other staff and may provide provides guidance and development to less experienced staff. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, including health professionals and service providers from other sectors, the Clinical Nurse / TCP Coordinator will utilise a combination of preventative, early intervention and treatment/therapy-based approaches to guide care planning.

To be eligible for this position as a Clinical Nurse (RN2C) you will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

To be eligible for this position as TCP Coordinator (AHP2):

For Occupational Therapist: you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Australia.

For Social Worker: you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement under the Emergency Management (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) Directions 2021 to work in SA Health/health care setting.
