About the Role!

Join our Client Services team to deliver high-quality service to our large customer base via email, chat and phone.

This role will be responsible for responding to high volume inbound customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or email.

• Answering client inquiries via phone, livechat and email, with particular high attention to detail
• Perform customer verifications
• Manage customer accounts & databases
• Accurately record customer interactions and transactions
• Assist in the identification of fraudulent user accounts, financial patterns and trends

About you!

• Sound knowledge and passion for Sport & Racing
• A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
• Strong computing skills essential
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be available and flexible for work across a full calendar week (15-28hrs/week)
