We have permanent and casual positions available for early childhood educators across all suburbs of Caulfield. When you apply with Raw Talent, we find you an amazing job at an early childhood service close to home. 

Pay Rates
We value the amazing contribution you make as early childhood educators. Being an educator is a great job but at times can be challenging so we make sure that you get rewarded for the effort you put in.

We pay our educators above industry award rates. When you work with us you’ll get paid more than you do with other agencies but it gets better! We also offer an extra $1 dollar per hour for every educator you refer to us that ends up registering and working with Raw Talent. That means, if you refer 10 friends, we will give you a $10 per hour pay rise!

Hours – Location
We know working close to home is important to you. We make sure we find you work at a centre within 15 to 20 minutes from your front door. we also know that many educators need flexibility. So if you have children or family commitments that’s fine, you can choose the hours and the days you work each week. this means if you want a week off that’s okay. However, if you want to work five days a week every week that is fine too.

What We Need For You
To work with Raw Talent you must have completed an approved qualification in early childhood education & care. You must also have the following:

– Child Protection Mandatory protection certificate
– Valid Working with Children’s Check (WwCC)
– First Aid certificate including CPR & Anaphylaxis

To join our team you also need to be a passionate early childhood educator. We don’t care about how much experience you have. If you completed your study recently that’s okay. What is important to us is that you want to be the best educator you can be.
