A unique opportunity to become a valued member of our team in our newly created Restaurant and Brewery, located in the picturesque location of Trinity Beach overlooking the ocean.

The Venue

Set to open in the first week of December 2021. Be a part of the new kid on the block with our American styled steakhouse, woodfired pizzas, pastas and our brewery.  It will be an inclusive place for everyone, bringing a new offer to the Northern Beaches of Cairns.

The Candidate:

• Exposure to fun casual kitchens in Australia and overseas.
• Positive and a can-do attitude.
• Passionate about food
• Experience with live fire cooking, American smokehouse or woodfired pizzas
• Reliable

• Work well in a team
