The Flying Brick Cider House is all about fabulous food without the ‘fancy’.  It offers a contemporary and distinctively different menu designed to inspire, share and indulge.  Local produce and community group partnership are both key features.

Summers here and we are seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team.  The successful applicant will be keen to be part of the delivery of an exciting seasonal menu in a busy and bustling environment.   Fantastic experience and a great team environment awaits.

Whilst this is a casual role we are looking for a chef that has good availability and is keen to reap the rewards of those casual wages.  This role is also ongoing after summer.

To be considered for this role you will be passionate about creating amazing food, working efficiently and effectively, highly motivated and a true hospitality professional.  You will be available to work on weekends, public holidays and have full working rights in Australia.
